Life as it Stands

So I haven't written in my blog for over a month =/ whoops...

It's almost Thanksgiving. Im pretty excited to eat the American food! That's always exciting!

So the semester has been flying by so fast. It feels like just yesterday I landed in Germany again. The semester has been so good. The Lord has shown me so much. He has revealed more of His character and shown me how much He really loves me. It's so great to see the faithfulness of the Lord. This semester has been very busy for me. It can be rough at times, but the Lord helps me through it step by step. 

I have been thinking a lot about how the Lord has saved me. There are so many lost souls out there in the world...Sometimes I wonder why He chose to save me before any of those others. For the longest time I didn't know why God would ever want to love me, the wicked person that I am. Last semester the Lord showed me the wickedness of man and the evil in his heart. But it was a wonderful thing to see really, because then I saw how much I need Jesus every moment of my life. The Lord's grace is amazing!  Romans 8:1 It blows me away every time.

I am excited to go home soon. It will be very nice to see family and friends. And of course my wonderful girlfriend Lindsey! =)

The end of a semester be hard sometimes. Because you wanna go home but you don't wanna leave at the same time. I'm going to miss a lot of people. Some people I will get to see next semester and others I won't. I will miss Doug and Sharon very much! They're the best. The Lord has truly blessed me with wonderful friends this semester. All of them.

Leipzig Outreach

Tomorrow morning I am leaving for an outreach to the city of Leipzig in east Germany. We will be there until the 26th. We are gonna be helping out the church there. It should be really fun. Im excited to see Doug again!!!! I love my buddy!!!!

So I just wanted to let you guys know. I will post pics and stuff about the trip after we get back. Its gonna be a good time for me. God is gonna stretch me a lot. Its gonna be hard sometimes but I know that its going to be really good and I hope that I learn a lot. THE LORD IS  SO GOOD!!!!!

On another note:

I miss Lindsey Miller soooooooooo much!!! And I love her so much! She is my best friend EVER! Gosh I can't wait to talk to you again!

Blessings of Life

I am so blessed. The Lord is doing amazing things and He has given me sooo much. Its so awesome. I love the friends I have here this semester. Its really a blessing. The Lord is showing me a lot right now. Even though sometimes there are dry times, the Lord is still faithful and shows you later why He does certain things and why He lets certain things happen. The Lord is so good and His plan is so much better than mine could ever be.

And last night I got to talk to my friend Jonny on Steam. It was really cool. I hadn't talked to him in FOREVER. So it was good to be able to talk to him and see how he's doing. Annnnnnd hopefully we can play Counter Strike soon =)

I miss Lindsey sooooo much! I know that the Lord is showing us a lot right now and teaching us things that will be for the better of our relationship. Its so rad! I LOVE YOU LINDSEY!!! SO MUCH!!!

Ive been sick...

So over the past couple weeks I have been sick. It was a bad cold at first. Then it started to go away and I thought I was ok. But then it turned into a bad cough and my whole body was aching and I was getting these headaches. It sucked... But I think Im getting better. Today I feel much better. I still have a headache but it goes away every once in a while. 

My Mom goes for her double fusion back surgery today. At 7am prolly. So if you read this before that time please be praying for her. Even if its after be praying =)

I miss my family a lot.

Current Life Thoughts

One of the hardest things about being here in Germany is missing my girlfriend Lindsey. She is my best friend. I can tell her anything and she knows me best. The Lord teaches us new things every semester and every day. I thank God so much for her. She is sooooo amazing! =) I know the Lord is doing awesome things right now in both of us. We just have to cling to Jesus when things are rough but also when things are going great. We should be praising Him for His goodness in our lives. He surely does amazing things in my life. I pray that Lindsey is having a blessed semester and that Jesus is teaching her things and  growing her in Him. I LOVE YOU LINDSEY!!<3

Koblendz Trip

So last saturday we went to the city of Koblendz and also went on the Rhine river. it was pretty sweet. I think that we all had a good time. Some good bonding time =)

It was fun being a tourist. Sometimes you feel dumb but whatever. I had some yummy bratwurst and a crepe with Nutella on it! YUM! 

But of course I had so much fun with my bus buddy!!!!

New Blog

So this is my new blog. I wanted to have one that was for my current email. I am actually going to put posts on it throughout the semester. I really do want you to know whats going on in my life. I had a crazy summer and I learned a lot. I am having a good start to my third semester. God is stretching me already. He has blessed me so much. I don't always see it but He truly does.
